1. Orders and Specifications We are an online store that makes window screen replacements to the specifications ordered by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they order the correct size, color, and hardware. We are not responsible for any errors in orders placed by the customer. We guarantee that the screens will be made to the specifications ordered, plus or minus 1/16".

2. Double Checking Specifications We strive to satisfy our customers, but please double-check all sizes, colors, and hardware specifications before placing your order. Take time to carefully measure your windows and hardware to ensure that you order the correct items.

3. Custom Made Products All custom-made products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled once production has begun. If we made a mistake please contact us within 5 days of delivery by calling our office.

4. Stock Items Stock items that are not custom made may be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Approval for returns must be obtained by calling our office at 888-461-6444 during our business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All returns must be submitted verbally with customer service by phone within 5 days of delivery.

5. Shipping We only ship to the continental United States, not including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight and destination of your order. We strive to ship all orders within 2-10 business days of receiving them.

6. Payment We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our website.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall windowscreensnow.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Child and Pet Safety Window screens are not designed to prevent children, pets, or objects from falling out of windows. It is important to keep all children and pets away from windows to prevent accidents. Windowscreensnow.com is not responsible for any injuries or deaths resulting from accidents involving our products.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to our terms and conditions and obtain your consent if required by law.
