That's why we have partnered with FedEx as our primary carrier to ensure the prompt and secure delivery of our products. Our screens are packaged using high-quality custom-made boxes with double-walled corrugated board to ensure maximum protection during transit.

Our team of caring professionals carefully package each order to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in the same condition it left our facility. While we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, we cannot be responsible for addresses that are incorrectly entered by our customers. We encourage our customers to carefully review their shipping information before submitting their order. If you do notice an error, please contact us immediately upon receiving your tracking number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We have had great success with FedEx and have experienced very few damaged products over the years. However, in the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged product, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will need 4-5 quality pictures of the damaged packaging and product. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with FedEx and get you new screens made. Please do not attempt to ship the product back to us, as this will delay the resolution process.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and must have a physical address for delivery. Out of the thousands of shipments we handle, less than .005 percent are ever damaged during transit because of our quality structure system of our specialty packaging.
